用料:五花肉600克,南乳1块,南乳汁30克,生抽20克,蚝油10克,冰糖4颗,黄酒或料酒30克,葱段,姜适量,食用油适量
注意事项:
1、猪皮用锅先干煎下,可以有效去除骚味,以及没处理干净的猪毛,后面煎的时候也不会溅油。
2、我家电饭锅煮饭时间是40分钟,需要按两次煮饭键才会收汁,做红焖肉这个时间刚刚好。最后具体焖的时间还得根据自家电饭锅做调整哦。
