黄豆煲酿苦瓜
今日小贴士:
配料:苦瓜4条,肉末250克,瑶柱10颗,潮汕咸菜
适量,毛豆(新鲜黄豆),淀粉5克,食用油5克,
盐3克,胡椒粉2克
注意事项:
1、肉末选猪颈肉或者五花肉都可以;
2、瑶柱即是干贝,贝壳类的肉柱,味道鲜美。
3、黄豆也可以用干品的,但需要提前浸泡软。
