[재료]
밀가루 250g, 이스트 4g, 설탕 2스푼, 물 130ml, 소금 두 꼬집, 식용유

[요리과정 how to make Flower-shaped steamed buns]

1. 물에 이스트와 설탕을 넣고 풀어준 뒤 5~10분 방치한다

2. 밀가루에 소금 두 꼬집 넣고 섞은 후 이스트 물을 넣어 10분 반죽 후 1시간 발효한다
