炸丸子吃起来特别方便，既可以当零食，也可以作为主食，炖白菜豆腐也好吃。
我的配方以白萝卜和猪肉为主料，辅以胡萝卜、粉条、香菜、葱、姜，不加面粉，而是用全麦面包渣和绿豆淀粉来代替。炸好的丸子外酥里嫩，味道鲜美，咬一口满嘴留香。

Ingredients:
500g pork 猪肉
700g daikon radish 白萝卜
1 carrot 胡萝卜
70g sweet potato vermicelli 红薯粉丝
2 slices whole wheat bread 全麦面包
15g green onion 葱末
20g cilantro 香菜
15g ginger 姜
1 egg 鸡蛋
1/4 tsp baking soda 小苏打
1/2 cup mung bean starch 绿豆淀粉
Salt 盐
White pepper 白胡椒粉
Sichuan pepper 花椒粉
Soy sauce 酱油
Cooking wine 料酒
Oyster sauce 蚝油
Sesame oil 香油
