1½ cup (190g)

Cornstarch
/CornFlour. ½ cup
(60g)
Cocoa powder 1¼ cup

(125g)
Baking Powder 1 ½ tsp
Bicarbonate of soda 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Sugar 2 cups (400g)
(caster sugar/fine sugar)
Eggs 2 (Large)
Milk 1 cup ( 250ml)
Oil Half cup (125ml)
Vanilla 2 tsp
Hot Water 1 cup (250ml)
instant coffee. 2 tsp
Dark Chocolate 350g
Heavy Cream 350ml
