咖啡提拉米苏大家多数都吃过,草莓提拉米苏你们吃过吗?超推荐,不到半小时家人扫完两盒。这个简单直接漂亮的草莓提拉米苏,如果有了手指饼干,基本上是免烤食谱,没烤箱也可以做哦~ 手指饼干秒浸在自制的草莓糖浆,整齐排放在盒子。加上简单版快速的马司卡彭馅料,里面藏着草莓碎块,上面洒上无糖纯可可粉,提拉米苏感观就出来了。用透明盒子来展现草莓围墙,可可红白颜色分明,搭配极简主义布置,漂亮得像艺术品。隔夜冷却后,手指饼干软化吸收了草莓口味,搭配酸甜多汁草莓,蓬松马司卡彭馅料和苦苦可可粉,中合起来,口感丰富,味道清爽,食欲满满。
收藏方式:密封盒子普通冰箱冷却。由于用新鲜草莓,需2-3天吃完。

This simple, straightforward and beautiful Strawberry Tiramisu, if you have Lady Fingers/Savoiardi on hand, it’s basically No-Bake recipe, you can make it without oven~ Lady Fingers are dipped in Homemade Strawberry Syrup for seconds and placed neatly in box. Add simple quick Mascarpone Fillings, with Strawberry pieces hidden inside, sprinkled with Pure Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, tiramisu feelings come out. A Transparent box enhance the overall look of strawberry wall, with distinct coco, red and white colors, with minimalist decoration, beautiful just like an art. After cooling overnight, Lady Fingers’ softened and absorbed strawberry flavor, paired with sweet tangy juicy strawberries, fluffy mascarpone filling and bitter cocoa powder, rich texture, refreshing taste and full of appetite.

Storage method: Seal airtight box and chill in ordinary fridge. Since fresh strawberries are used, best eaten within 2-3 days.

10-15克 热水 (省略如草莓水分多)

=马司卡彭馅料=
470克 马司卡彭芝士
56克 细纱糖
8克 香草精
280克 动物性淡奶油(冷)
28克 细纱糖

=装饰=
7-8颗 鲜草莓
无糖可可粉

(普通冰箱冷却2-3小时/隔夜)

100g Fresh Strawberries
35g Caster Sugar
10-15g Hot Water (omit if strawberries a lot of moisture)

=Mascarpone Fillings=
470g Mascarpone Cheese
56g Caster Sugar
8g Vanilla Extract
280g Dairy Whipping Cream (Cold)
28g Caster Sugar

=Decoration=
7-8pcs Fresh Strawberries
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
(Chill in fridge 2-3hours/overnight)
