原料:鸭肉1斤,红葱头150克,盐3克,生抽20克,
料酒适量,姜几片,淀粉5克,花生油20克
注意事项:
鸭皮油脂比较多,煎出来的油可以倒掉些,不然
太油腻,倒出来的油用来炒青菜特别香。红葱头
实在买不到可以用小洋葱代替。没有砂锅的朋友
最后多炒2分钟再出锅。
