原料：鸭肉1斤，红葱头150克，盐3克，生抽20克，
料酒适量，姜几片，淀粉5克，花生油20克
注意事项：
鸭皮油脂比较多，煎出来的油可以倒掉些，不然
太油腻，倒出来的油用来炒青菜特别香。红葱头
实在买不到可以用小洋葱代替。没有砂锅的朋友
最后多炒2分钟再出锅。
