Ingredients: 

For the steak:
1 pc of Sirloin steak (200g)Salt Pepper

For the Champignon Sauce: 
60g of Mushrooms1 tbsp chopped onionsCreamButter

Method:

Steak:

1. Season the steak thoroughly with salt and pepper. 

2. Cook the steak on a hot pan until it starts to brown. 

Champignon Sauce:

1. In a pan, heat a bit of butter then add in the onions.

2. Add the cream and mushrooms then salt and pepper to taste.
