配料:五花肉400克,咸鱼50克,生抽10克,
蚝油10克,白糖3克,胡椒粉2克,淀粉10克,
油5克,老抽3克,姜丝适量
注意事项:
五花肉切薄一点容易蒸熟,一定要加多淀粉
才嫩滑,加食用油可以锁住水份。大火蒸12
分钟即可。
