Soft, airy and light almond sponge cake, tastes like old style Chinese egg cake. I bake them with my cute cake pan, that makes them not only taste good but looks good!

松软的鸡蛋糕,有古早朴实的好味道。我用可爱的烤模烘烤,外形加分不少,小孩特别喜欢。

Ingredients:
1)Eggs – 2 pcs
2)Yolk – 1 pcs
3)Sugar – 70g
4)Cake Flours – 90g
5)Almond Powder – 20g
6)Baking Powder – 3g
7)Soften Butter – 50g
8)Milk – 30g
9)Chopped Almond
*Bake in preheated oven 350°F/175°C , 8 mins for small cake pan and 15mins for pumpkin pan
