配料:鸡腿两只,蒜头3颗,姜1小块,小洋葱1个,
青红椒适量,盐3克,生抽20克,料酒5克,生粉5克,
花生油10克
注意事项:
全程用中小火煎,这样鸡肉才煎的熟,也保证皮脆
肉滑。最后一步放配料后加入少许白酒可以逼出配
料的香也能去腥(视频中漏拍了这一步骤)。
