配料:猪肚一个,白果25颗,咸菜适量,胡椒粒3克,
盐10克料酒10克,淀粉20克,醋15克
注意事项:
猪肚里面的粘液用淀粉抓洗几次就很干净,再加少许
醋洗可以去掉腥味。
