配料:猪展肉400克(大腿带肥的瘦肉,另外骨头,鸡均可)五指毛桃80克,芡实30克,
薏米20克,莲子30克,赤豆150克,盐适量
注意事项:
芡实跟赤豆比较难煲绵,需要提前浸泡1个小时
以上。瘦肉也可以换成骨头。这款汤清热去湿
特别好,口感香滑回甘,特别适合春天闷湿的
