配料:大米1碗,水8碗,瑶柱30克,牛肉200克,
生菜1颗,姜丝适量,花生油20克,淀粉水10克,
盐5克,胡椒粉2克
注意事项:
牛肉我们要逆着纹路切,先用淀粉水花生油腌制,
大火下锅快速打散,滚了就关火,煮出来的牛肉
又嫩又滑。喜欢喝稀一点的粥的可以加多两碗水。
