This is the most basic all-purpose Loaf recipe, on which you can make many adjustments, such as adding more sugar; using milk instead of water; using butter instead of regular oil...

300g (2 cups) bread flour
200g (3/4 cup) warm water
4g (1 tsp) Active dry yeast
15g ( 1tbsp) Vegetable oil
10g (3/4 tbsp) Sugar
A pinch of salt
Egg wash (or Honey water)

Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C), bake on lower-middle rack
for 40-45 minutes
