今日小贴士:
配料:鸡一只,黑胡椒粉3克,生抽30克,盐5克,
洋葱半个,姜丝10克,山茶油10克
注意事项:
鸡一定要洗干净沥干水再砍大块腌制,建议不要砍
太小,这样鸡肉的水份才不流失。放高压锅焗不要
加水哈,鸡一受热就会出水。没有山茶油可以换花
生油。我的高压锅比较小,所以后面还有3分之1的
鸡没放进去。
