配料:五花肉250克,黄花鱼半条,盐3克,淀粉5克,
食用油20克,蒸鱼豉油10克,姜片香葱适量
注意事项:
五花肉不要剁的太碎,要不吃起来没口感。黄花鱼也
可以换成自己喜欢的鱼。腌制五花肉时不要放太咸,
后面还要淋蒸鱼豉油。
