配料:排骨2根,带肥瘦肉150克,梅菜干150克,
蒜叶一小把,生抽20克,蚝油25克,老抽5克,
白糖5克,蒜头姜片适量
注意事项:
梅菜干需要用开水先浸泡半个小时,再轻轻的抖
洗干净。梅菜干是蒸熟的,所以洗的时候水会是
黄色的,这是正常现象。
