달고나 만들기 게임에 참여할 456명을 모집 중입니다. 빨간색, 파란색 딱지치기도 공유도 필요 없습니다. 단지 집에 있는 설탕과 식소다 이 2가지만 있으면 됩니다. 더구나 달고나 틀도 필요 없습니다. 우리에겐 부엌이 있습니다. 부엌에 있는 쿠키 틀, 스테인리스 컵, 나무 뒤집개 등 달고나에 찍을 수 있는 도구면 뭐든지 가능합니다. 승자에겐 달콤함과 성취감, 패자에겐 달콤함과 추억이 남는 달콤한 우리의식탁 게임에 참여해 보세요.


🦑 Would you like to participate in the dalgona making game? We are recruiting 456 people to participate in the dalgona making game. You don’t need the red or blue ddakji, or anything else. Just two ingredients from your home: sugar and baking powder. You don’t even need a dalgona mold. We have the kitchen. You can use any tool that can shape the dalgona, such as cookie molds, stainless steel cups, and wooden spatula in the kitchen. Participate in our sweet W Table game, where the winner earns sweetness and a sense of accomplishment, and the loser earns sweetness and great memories.


🦑 [달고나] 1개
- 재료 : 설탕 2큰술, 식소다 한꼬집
- 도구 : 국자, 나무젓가락, 종이호일, 유리볼/스텐그릇, 바늘
- 모양틀 : 쿠키틀, 스테인레스 컵, 나무뒤집개
1. 국자에 설탕 2큰술을 넣고 약불에서 녹여주세요.
2. 설탕을 젓가락으로 살살 저어 약불에서 완전히 녹여주세요.
3. 식소다를 젓가락에 한꼬집 정도 묻혀 설탕에 넣고 빠르게 저어주세요.
4. 종이 호일 위에 설탕을 부어주세요.
Tip. 차가운 판 위에 부으면 달고나가 빨리 식고 잘 떨어져요.
Tip. 종이호일 가장자리에 테이프를 붙여 판판하게 고정시키면 동그랗고 균일한 모양의 달고나를 만들 수 있어요.
5. 50초 정도 식힌 후 유리볼을 이용해 평평하게 눌러주세요.
6. 종지나 틀을 이용해서 모양을 내주세요. 세모모양은 끝이 평평한 뒤집개를 사용해 만들 수 있어요.
7. 바늘로 긁어내면 쉽게 분리할 수 있어요.
Tip. 국자는 뜨거운 물에 담가 설탕을 녹인 후 수세미로 문질러 씻어주세요.


🦑 [Dalgona] 1 serving
- Ingredients: 2 tablespoons of sugar, a pinch of baking powder
- Tools: Ladle, wooden chopsticks, paper foil, glass bowl, needle.
- Molds: Cookie molds, stainless cup or bowl, wooden spatula
1. Put 2 tablespoons of sugar in a ladle and dissolve over low heat.
2. When the sugar starts to melt from the edge, stir gently with chopsticks and heat it until it melts completely.
3. Coat the chopsticks with about a pinch of baking powder and stir quickly in the dissolved sugar.
4. Pour the contents over the paper foil.
(If you put ice under the mold where you pour the dalgona, it cools down quickly and falls off easily.)
(If you stick tape on the edges of the paper foil to hold it, you can make a more round and uniform shape for your dalgona.)
5. Cool for about 50 seconds and press it flat using a glass bowl.
6. Press the dalgona hard using a small bowl or mold to shape it. You can make a triangle using a spatula with a flat end.
7. Remove the edge by poking with a needle along the dalgona shape.
(If you lick the back of dalgona, the chances of success increase)
(Soak the ladle in hot water to dissolve the sugar, and then scrub it with a kitchen scrubber.)
