Ingredients:
4 egg yolks (蛋黄)
30g (2 tbsp) caster sugar (细砂糖)
60ml (1/4 cup) corn oil(玉米油)
60ml (1/4 cup) water or milk (水或牛奶)
125g (1 cup )plain flour(普通面粉)

4 egg whites (蛋白)
1 tsp lemon juice (柠檬汁)
70g (1/3 cup ) caster sugar (细砂糖)

8” baking tin
8寸圆形烤模

Taro puree (芋泥):
250g taro puree(芋泥)
55g (1/4 cup) caster sugar (细砂糖)
1/4 tsp purple sweet potato powder (紫薯粉)

350g non-dairy whipping cream (植物性鲜奶油)
