配料:雞蛋5個,肉末200克,木耳、香蔥適量,
生抽20克,蠔油10克,鹽3克,澱粉3克,胡椒粉
2克,蘿蔔1根,食用油適量
註意事項:
如果沒有大勺子也可以用炒鍋煎蛋餃,鍋的底部
小壹點比較好煎。跟蘿蔔放壹起煮開後蓋上蓋中
小火5分鐘即熟透了。
