今日小貼士:
配料:高筋面粉250克,白砂糖20克,奶粉20克,
純牛奶40克,清水70-80克,雞蛋1個,酵母3克,
黃油20克,鹽2克。
註意事項:
黃油跟鹽要等到面粉揉到有點點韌性再加進去。
廚師機全程壹共揉了25分鐘,用手揉後面可以用
拉面摔打的手法,比較容易揉出筋膜。
