配料:大米100克,黑豆30克,花生米30克,板栗
8顆,牛肉150克,鹽3克,胡椒粉1克,食用油、
澱粉、香蔥、姜適量
註意事項:
黑豆跟花生米比較難煮熟,最少提前浸泡4個小時
以上。煮粥的米建議選擇顆粒圓潤的大米,煮出
來的粥才粘稠,比較香。
