皂角米10克,雪燕5克,紅棗6顆,枸杞5克,
冰糖20克,牛奶200克
註意事項:
桃膠跟皂角米最少浸泡10個小時以上,雪燕
4個小時以上。 木瓜如果放不穩可以在底部
切掉壹點皮,就放穩了。
