雪梨糖水:草酥梨或雪梨2到3個,幹百合30克,
冰糖適量
註意事項:
用空氣炸鍋炸的話中間最好翻動壹下,這樣能受
熱均勻。今天這壹斤雞胸肉我壹共炸了50分鐘。
