配料:花膠40克,五指毛桃20克,血骨300克,
姜片幾片,料酒10克,鹽適量
註意事項:
幹品花膠泡發可以先上鍋蒸5到8分鐘,再用清水
泡12-24個小時,清洗幹凈就可以煲或者燉了。
