檸檬排骨
用料:排骨600克,檸檬一個,生抽20克,鹽4克,白糖3克,胡椒粉2克,澱粉10克,油5克,蒜片3瓣,紅蔥頭15克,蔥段適量,抓洗排骨澱粉10克,炸排骨用油適量
註意事項:
排骨先腌入味,炸的時候火不要太大,太大火很容易外面焦裏面還不熟。檸檬排骨
