豆沙包
用料:普通面粉(中筋面粉)300克,酵母3克,白糖10克,鹽1克,清水150克,豆沙餡300克
註意事項:
1、和面粉的水冬天用溫水促進發酵,夏天要用常溫水或者冰水防止發酵過快表皮不光滑也容易變酸
2、餡料可以根據自己喜歡做調整
3、蒸好後一定一定要燜5分鐘再開蓋,蒸好馬上開蓋面皮會回縮的哦。
